Familiarity with relevant job boards and social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates through various channels.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Manage recruitment database and candidate tracking systems.
Sourcing resumes through various sources.
Screening resumes, short listing, taking initial round of interview.
Coordinating and scheduling further round of interviews.
Hiring as per Turn around Time.
Salary negotiation and finalization
Issuing offer letter to the selected candidate
Confirmation of joining date and follow - up with the candidate till the date of joining.
