Relevant Experience : 1-3 years
Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi
Notice period: Immediate to 30days
Academic Qualification :Any Post Graduate (Knowledge in IT preferred)
Key Responsibilities
End to end process of recruitment (IT and Non-IT)
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Identify the right platforms to post job vacancies.
Update team with trends in the job market to shape recruitment strategies.
Sourcing right profiles through effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals like Naukri, Postings and Networking within desired time frame.
Screening to identify potential candidates to fit the job role and the company culture.
Shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
Coordination of further selection process.
Salary Negotiation.
Background verification.
Maintaining Candidate database.
Vendor management to maintain minimum recruitment cost.
