Job Overview

Join our team as a HR Recruiter at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy in Madurai. This is a Full-Time position ideal for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience. Time: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM. Salary Package: 12k to 20k

Qualifications and Skills

1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
2. Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment
5. Strong client relations and negotiation abilities
6. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
3. Screen resumes and job applications
4. Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
5. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences
6. Provide a seamless candidate selection process from sourcing to hiring
