As the 'HR Manager', you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources for our company. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit based on role requirements and organizational culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across levels, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

2. Job Posting and Employer Branding:
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Represent the organization professionally to enhance employer branding during recruitment drives and candidate interactions.

3. Candidate Engagement and Documentation:
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience during the hiring process.
- Collect and verify all relevant documents for onboarding.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

4. Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine selection criteria.
- Prepare and share recruitment reports, including pipeline status, hiring timelines, and recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, industry practices, and competitive benchmarks to improve recruitment strategies.

Other requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience:

1-3 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.

Exposure to IT, non-IT, or technical hiring is an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and MS Office Suite.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Analytical mindset to track and improve recruitment metrics.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 8,00,000 /year
