1. Handling end-to-end recruitment process (internal/external).
2. Understanding the requirements of clients, plan and schedule the roadmap towards achieving the targets.
3. Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes searching/sourcing potential candidates.
4. Demonstrating expertise in utilizing web recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
5. Shortlisting resumes by evaluating the candidate's communication skills, presentation skills, and technical skills based on the client's requirements.
6. Maintaining trackers/MIS of the candidates as per their updated status.
7. Building good relations with the candidates and maintaining the end-to-end follow-up of candidates.
8. Preparing weekly & monthly reports relating to interviews with the number of interviews that happened, offers made, and candidates joined.
9. Being responsible for the recruitment process from the initial screening of resumes to the onboarding of the candidate.
