1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process (internal/external)
2. Understand client requirements, plan, and schedule the roadmap to achieve targets
3. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing potential candidates
4. Utilize web recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
5. Shortlist resumes by evaluating communication, presentation, and technical skills based on client requirements
6. Maintain trackers/MIS of candidates based on their updated status
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring follow-up throughout the process
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on interviews, including the number of interviews, offers made, and candidates who joined
9. Oversee the recruitment process from initial screening of resumes to candidate onboarding
