HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the life cycle of recruitment for various levels of position openings.
2. Understanding JD and sourcing profiles.
3. Sourcing resumes from job portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, job Hai, and Shine.
4. Effectively recruited candidates through an internet search, internal database, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
5. Conduct initial screening, and phone to establish basic candidate information and work performance and to get an overview of their profile and appraise them on various criteria set by the firm before sending them to the client.
6. Coordination with clients for scheduling interviews and giving feedback.
7. Follow up with the candidates for the feedback on their interviews.
8. Preferable Industry: Manufacturing, engineering, oil and gas.
