1. Make a database of accounting/client servicing staff of mid size accounting firms/BPO s
2. Connect with them and explain the job profile
3. Conduct proper test/screening to identify smart candidates who can work in client servicing
4. Perform regular discussions with employees to improve their motivation and productivity
5. Source smarter avenues including geography/sectors to source new talent
6. Work on finding ways to grow talent within the organization
7. Create a pipeline of candidates that can be onboarded for new projects within 48 hours
Requirements:

2. Proactive involvement on business side
3. Minimum 2 years of working experience
Additional Information:
1. The company works in hybrid mode with 2 days WFO and 3 days WFH.
2. Variable incentives will consist of 1% of CTC of employees onboarded who have stayed beyond 90 days.
