3. Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations. (good to have skill).
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Ready to visit stores twice a week.
