Human Resource Business Partner Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR business partnering:
- Collaborate with retail leadership to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives to support those goals.
- Act as a strategic partner, guiding talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.

2. Culture building:
- Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and provide guidance to resolve workplace issues.
- Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.

3. Performance management:
- Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.

4. Compliance and policies:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Manpower planning:
- Lead and oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive manpower plans for retail locations.
