Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment
2. Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms
3. Working on the selection of candidates, creating a talent pool, and creating a constant inflow of talent for junior to mid-senior level profiles- sourcing & screening applications as per the recruitment and shortlisted profiles
4. Coordinating & scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the respective teams
5. Negotiating with the candidates
6. Working on documentation and conducting reference checks
7. Ensuring smooth onboarding of employees
8. Working on all other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

1. Master's or other professional degrees in HR
2. Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills
3. Strong interpersonal & communication skills
4. Good time management & organizational skills
5. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
