1. Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
2. Help manage leave policies
3. Manage HR tools
4. Serve as the first point of contact for employee and contractor inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
5. Assist in resolving employee relations issues, ensuring they are handled sensitively and in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
6. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screens
7. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and databases, including personnel records, performance reviews, and attendance reports
9. Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional and courteous manner
10. Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
11. Manage basic CRM tools
