Human Resource Recruiter Job

Responsibilities: -

1. Screening candidates from Naukri, Indeed, Work India, Apna, Linkedln, Job Hai, Hirect.
2. Scheduling and conducting interviews of shortlisted candidates.
3. F2F interviews - HR, Ops, and business round.
4. Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates.
5. Providing regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications.

Requirements:

1. Fresher is not applicable for this position.
2. 1+ Years of hiring experience is required in Edtech and Sales profiles.
3. Designing job descriptions.
4. Advertising positions.
5. 6 Days Working (Mon- Saturday) 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST.
6. Excellent communication Skills in English, Hindi and Marathi are required.
