Human Resource Trainee Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Basic knowledge of Human Resources is required.
2. Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 months of HR internship or recruitment experience.
3. Source candidates using various job portals.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring regular follow-ups.
5. Assist with the preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters, and support salary negotiations.
