Attendance and leave tracking through HR one
Assigning Shift for all employees through HR one
Uploading holiday calendar and policies on HR one
Assist with payroll process
Resolving all queries related to HR one software
Supporting HR related training programs, workshops and seminars.
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR function
Conducting employee engagement activities
Coordinating with various Govt. Departments on issues relating to the companies
Assisting in Audit Process
Dealing with the court cases filed by the employees
