About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Recruiting candidates from colleges/schools for the company
2. Working on recruitment using social media and various other platforms such as Naukri, Apna, Monster, etc.
3. Achieving the given target within the stipulated time frame
4. Maintaining the work structure by updating the performances of the recruits and catering to their grievances
5. Monitoring every day's work and calling every team member to get updates for efficient results
6. Connecting and sourcing prospective candidates for different non-tech job profiles
7. Engaging with candidates from sourcing to onboarding
8. Using platforms such as Naukri, Monster, and Apna to acquire the best talent
9. Generating and sourcing leads from different platforms for talent acquisition
10. Maintaining client relationships with the company
11. Taking regular meetings and guiding them throughout new works

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Variable pay: 0.4 LPA

3. Other incentives: 0.2 LPA
