Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes including employee onboarding, attendance management, contractor bill processing and employee separation. The role involves maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating insurance policies and handling employee-related administration.
Job Description:
1. End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection of qualified candidates.
2. Attendance Collection and Invoice Processing:
Oversee the collection of employee attendance records. Manage the Monthly Service Delivery (MSD) invoice process for contractors, ensuring accurate and timely processing of statutory bills.
3. Statutory Bill Processing for Sterling & Wilson:
Handle statutory compliance and processing of bills for the organizations contractor or vendor, Sterling & Wilson. Ensure timely submission and verification of all necessary documentation.
4. New Joiner Formalities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including ID card processing, creation of salary accounts and biometric registration. Create and maintain personal files for all new employees.
5. Employee Documentation and Record Maintenance:
Ensure all employee records are complete, accurate, and properly maintained. Handle the filing of employee documents, updating databases and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
6. Coordination of Group Mediclaim & Term Insurance Policies:
Act as the point of contact for employees regarding the group mediclaim and term insurance policies. Facilitate the enrollment and claim process, liaising with insurance providers when necessary.
7. Employee Separation Process:
Manage employee off-boarding, including conducting exit interviews, collecting company assets, and ensuring all documentation is completed for separation. Coordinate the settlement process, ensuring all statutory obligations and formalities are met.
