Data Entry-Enter and maintain accurate employee information in HR one
Maintaining employee's personal files and records.
Resolving all queries related to employee attendance and leaves in HR one
Providing PF and ESIC related information to all employees
Filing PF withdrawal forms and Issuing ESIC card to employees
Printing and providing ID cards for all employees
Registering new employees in biometric
Maintaining MIS related to UA and absconding cases and process letters on defined frequency.
Assisting in Audit Process
Supervising housekeeping and security staff
Assist with day to day operations.
