Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team at SREENI GROUPS. This is a full-time, junior-level position based in our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources, bringing expertise in managing various HR functions to support our growing company.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in HRIS software for efficient management of employee data and HR processes, which ensures seamless operations.
Strong understanding of employee onboarding processes to ensure an effective induction and integration into the company culture.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition to attract, assess, and hire top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.
A solid grasp of labor law compliance to ensure that the company adheres to all relevant regulations and legal requirements.
Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve disputes, fostering a positive workplace environment for employees.
Familiarity with performance management systems to facilitate employee evaluations and development plans that align with company objectives.
Hands-on experience with payroll systems to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits.
Commitment to implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to support a diverse and equitable workplace for all members of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding of new employees at SREENI GROUPS.
Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws.
Facilitate employee engagement and team-building initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.
Conduct regular training sessions to support employee development and career progression within the company.
Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues through effective conflict resolution methods.
Oversee the performance appraisal process, aiding in clear communication and setting measurable goals for employees.
Coordinate with payroll systems to process employee salaries, benefits, and manage any discrepancies or queries related to compensation.
Earn certifications in these skills
