Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Human Resources Executive to join our team at Viswam EduTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing key HR functions, ensuring a positive workplace culture, and supporting organizational growth.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
Strong ability to manage employee relations and resolve issues to maintain harmony in the workplace.
Knowledgeable in performance management processes, including appraisal and evaluation systems.
Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs for employee growth.
In-depth understanding of HR policies and the ability to ensure their effective implementation.
Skills in conflict resolution to address and mediate workplace grievances efficiently.
Proficiency in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly into the organization.
Thorough understanding of HR compliance to align organizational practices with regulations and standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct and oversee the complete recruitment process to attract and retain talented candidates.
Facilitate effective employee relations and manage conflict resolution initiatives.
Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance organizational productivity.
Create training modules and development plans to advance employee skills and capabilities.
Ensure adherence to HR policies and communicate updates and changes across the organization.
Assist in fostering a positive company culture that aligns with organizational goals and values.
Manage HR compliance by keeping abreast of labor laws and industry standards.
Oversee onboarding processes for new hires to ensure smooth transition into the company.
