About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process
2. Orientating new employees and training existing employees
3. Monitoring employee performance
4. Ensuring all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment
5. Overseeing the health and safety of all employees
6. Preparing technical and non-technical documents/PPTs
7. Implementing systematic staff development procedures
8. Providing counseling on policies and procedures
9. Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration
10. Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance
11. Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
12. Protecting the interests of all employees

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in human resources
2. Additional training/certification in - payroll management, and labor relations certification (added advantage)
3. Candidates with an experience as a skills development facilitator (added advantage)
4. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
5. Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
7. Knowledge of employment legislation
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Note: Candidates are expected to have the ability to perform and deliver tasks in one or multiple areas/languages.

Additional information:

We are looking to employ an HR personnel with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR personnel is expected to be knowledgeable of employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight into the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.

To ensure success, an HR officer should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A top HR officer should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
