Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks, and negotiating employment offers
2. Creating and managing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and introducing new employees to the company culture and policies
3. Coordinating with benefit providers, enrolling employees in benefit plans, and managing salary and wage negotiations
4. Handling employee complaints and concerns, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues that may arise
5. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
6. Providing guidance and support to managers and employees
7. Identifying training needs, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
8. Involve maintaining employee files, tracking employee attendance and time off, and updating employee information as needed
