Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on talent acquisition/recruitment based on the requirement of the company
2. Working on policy formation
3. Keeping connect with employees and taking timely action to improve
4. Handling payroll-related activities - time management, leave management, etc.
5. Carrying out any other work as discussed and defined by the management

Note: This job has an inbuilt probation period of six months in which the salary will be lower than mentioned above. On the successful completion of the probation period, you will be a normal employee of the company and eligible for all the benefits, etc.
