1. Work on talent acquisition including screening & scrutinizing resume
2. Onboard new hires
3. Conduct performance management and provide feedback
4. Manage payroll and benefits for employees
5. Lead all employee engagement activities
6. Manage joining formalities, introduction, induction
7. Work on employees' personal files and record maintenance
8. Work on the preparation of the offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, and appraisal letter
9. Maintain employee leave records
10. Coordinate employee welfare activities (including travel, meeting room booking, team lunch, etc.)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/MBA degree or equivalent
2. Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
3. Attention to detail and good judgment
4. High on empathy and energy
