Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create a process flow plan for hiring of faculties nationally as well as internationally to teach on an online platform
2. Work on providing necessary information to students, parents, and faculties
3. Work on standardizing agreements, documents, applications, and invoices and formatting documents to meet company standards
4. Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship
5. Work on effective & regular follow-up with students and faculties using different channels of communication
6. Work on the coordination of webinar/seminar management activities and initiatives
