Key responsibilities:
Support in conceptualization to execution of TA initiative.
Support in other HR related activities like recruitment, TA operations etc.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Source and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases, social media etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Onboarding and Documentation of new joinees.
Weekly and Monthly MIS Updation.
