About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contribute towards achieving the annual hiring targets and work on recruiting top talent
2. Develop and implement effective Retention Strategies with the help of company leaders
3. Develop innovative opportunities for advancement and career paths for employees
4. Implement recognition and appreciation programs across the organisation and track and celebrate important employment milestones
5. Work with all leaders to make the organisation a better place to work and increase job satisfaction
6. Provide support and ensure communication from employee to management is open and effective
7. Recommend and implement programs to improve any identified deficiencies concerning employee retention, job satisfaction, training, hiring and culture.
8. Improving and creating Company policies and implementing the same
9. Automation of HR and Hiring processes by introducing IT systems
10. Running day-to-day operations of HR related to onboarding, performance, off-boarding, month-end and year-end leave processing etc.
11. Collect and analyse metrics around employee engagement, retention, and turnover
12. Organising company events and increasing employee engagement
13. Understand the company vision, mission, and values and represent the same
14. Assume other duties and responsibilities as determined necessary and/or assigned by members of the leadership team
