Job Description: HR Associate
Experience: 1-3 years
Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-Time Position
Hours of Work: 9:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with flexible schedule.
Salary: Based on experience and aligned with industry standards.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
2. Build and manage a placement department for learners, ensuring effective coordination and successful placements
3. Ensure the organization's culture and values are upheld throughout the employee journey
4. Act as the primary point of contact for employee engagement and address any grievances
5. Facilitate seamless onboarding experiences for new team members and ensure alignment with organizational goals
6. Drive community engagement initiatives to build a strong, supportive workplace culture
7. Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention
8. Coordinate and oversee training programs, including the "Train the Trainer" initiatives
9. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for learner placement and career growth opportunities
10. Regularly assess and improve HR processes to align with the organization's evolving needs

5. Passion for social causes and alignment with the organizations mission and values.

6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

7. Experience in building and implementing HR processes and training programs.
