About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the business operations and manpower requirements of different companies.
2. Source and screen candidates to build a pool of "interested candidates" through job portals, data banks, headhunting, and references within the given timeframe.
3. Coordinate with shortlisted candidates for interviews and follow up for their feedback from clients.
4. Coordinate with candidates regarding offers and joining formalities.
5. Communicate with clients via phone and email for feedback and to discuss open positions.
6. Prepare daily MIS and tracking reports in Excel format.
7. Analyze the talent market with respect to positions and company needs.
8. Coordinate with clients to fulfill their manpower requirements.
