Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and onboarding new hires
2. Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Handle day-to-day HR operations, such as managing employee benefits, leave tracking, and performance evaluations
4. Coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
5. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS Office tools like Excel and Word
6. Assist in organizing company events and activities to boost employee morale and engagement
7. Provide support to employees on HR-related queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in HRM or a similar field.
2 to 4 years of experience in human resources, with a strong background in recruitment and operations.
