We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance at our Gamri office. The ideal candidate will support our legal team by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring smooth HR processes.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
2. Oversee employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.
3. Maintain employee records, payroll inputs, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
4. Implement performance appraisal systems and identify training needs.
5. Update and enforce HR policies and statutory compliance.
Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
Experience: 2-4 years in HR roles (preferably in legal/professional services).
Skills: Knowledge of labor laws, strong communication, and proficiency in HR tools.
