About the job

1. Recruitment and onboarding:-
- Posting job openings: Creating and posting job ads on various platforms.
- Screening resumes: Reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
- Scheduling interviews: Coordinating interview times with candidates and interview panels.
- Conducting interviews: Participating in initial rounds of interviews.
- Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.

2. Employee relations:-
- Addressing Employee Concerns: Acting as a point of contact for employees to address their concerns or issues.
- Conflict resolution: Assisting in resolving workplace conflicts or disputes
- Employee engagement: Helping to plan and implement employee engagement activities.

3. Compliance and policy management:-
- Ensuring Legal Compliance: Making sure that the company adheres to labor laws and employment regulations.
- Policy Implementation: Assisting in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development: Coordinating or delivering training sessions on company policies, compliance, or professional development.

4. Payroll and benefits administration:-
- Payroll processing: Assisting with the processing of payroll, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Benefits administration: Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave entitlements.

5. Performance management:-
- Assisting with appraisals: Supporting the performance appraisal process, including scheduling reviews and gathering feedback.
- Tracking employee performance: Monitoring employee performance and assisting with the development of performance improvement plans.

6. Employee exit management:-
- Conducting exit interviews: Conducting interviews with departing employees to gather feedback.
- Offboarding: Handling the administrative tasks related to employee exits, such as retrieving company property and ensuring final payments are made.

7. Supporting HR projects:-
- HR initiatives: Assisting in various HR initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, wellness initiatives, and company-wide training programs.
- Data analysis: Analyzing HR data to provide insights and support strategic HR decisions.
