1. Meet the talent acquisition needs through conventional and innovative selection mechanism from sourcing to screening and onboarding.
2. Support current and anticipated business requirements by acquiring fresh talent, ringfencing the key talent, identifying & plugging gaps in development, and engaging meaningfully with the employees.
3. Lead and support HR initiatives towards enhancing employee experience, building brand equity through campus & social media connects and ensuring effective employee communications.
4. Execute the HR processes of Performance Management, Talent Development and others in letter & spirit.
5. Maintain and publish HR trackers and dashboards to take informed, data-based decisions on talent strategy.

2. Graduate/post graduate degree in HR or substantial experience to be able to waive the “degree” credential. Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Suites.
