1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
2. Employee Relations:
Respond to employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain employee records to ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
3. Benefits Administration:
Aid in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Process enrollments, changes, and claims related to employee benefits.
4. Administrative Tasks:
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and records in the HR information system.
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
