Key Responsibilities

1. Candidate sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
2. Screening & interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews, assessing candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Database management: Maintain and manage the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
4. Reporting & analytics: Track recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and provide insights to management.
5. Onboarding: Onboarding new hires.
6. HR reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports to track key metrics and provide insights for management.
