About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & talent acquisition:
-Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
-Actively participate in the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
-Manage job postings on various platforms, including career websites, job boards, and social media.
-Conduct background checks and reference verification for shortlisted candidates.
-Assist in organizing and conducting recruitment drives, campus recruitment, and job fairs.
-Coordinate candidate interviews, offer letters, and onboarding processes.

2. Onboarding & offboarding:
-Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and setting up workstations.
-Assist in preparing employment contracts, updating personnel records, and coordinating necessary paperwork.
-Ensure proper offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.

3. Employee relations:
-Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and issues.
-Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and mediating employee concerns.
-Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention initiatives.
-Ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and followed by employees.

4. Performance management:
-Support the execution of performance appraisal systems and assist in tracking employee performance.
-Collaborate with department heads to identify employee training and development needs.
-Help in implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.

5. HR administration:
-Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
-Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of attendance and leave records.
-Assist in tracking employee leave balances and managing attendance records.
-Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

6. Compliance & policy implementation:
-Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
-Assist in updating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
-Participate in audits and ensure proper documentation of HR processes.
