Key responsibilities:

1. Handling end-to-end requirement
2. Handling onboarding and exit process
3. Handling grievance management
4. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
5. Administering all the hiring processes of new employees

Requirements:

1. Bachelors/Masters degree in human resources, MBA (HR) candidates preferred
2. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
3. Ability to work in critical situations
4. Should have excellent communication skills
