About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure optimum utilization from database/job sites/reference, job posting, daily alert, and sending bulk emails on job sites as well as sourcing resumes via. Job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Fill positions within an organization
3. Screen the resumes in terms of qualification, experience, expatriation, technical fit, communication, and pay package, etc.
4. Conduct preliminary interviews (telephonic as well as in-person) with the candidates to check their interest skills after briefing them about the job description and company profile
5. Coordinate & schedule interviews for the shortlisted candidates

Required skills:

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels inside and outside of the business
4. The ability to work quickly, flexibly, effectively, and positively in response to requests made at short notice
5. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
6. Only computer science Graduates

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA
