Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers.
2. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and training programs.
4. Handle all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
5. Oversee the payroll and benefits administration process, ensuring accurate and timely payment and documentation.
6. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
7. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

As an integral part of our company, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions while ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. We are looking for someone with excellent English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.

Proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for creating reports, analyzing data, and managing HR documentation. Additionally, knowledge of HR analytics is highly desirable, as it will enable you to provide valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

With a focus on recruiting exceptional talent, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process.
