Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source profile using different hiring tool
2. Handle end-to-end requirement process (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates)
3. Identify candidates with the right skills to match the requirements
4. Understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
5. Ensure to revert/submit profiles with the quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition
6. Create a pool of candidate databases for future reference
7. Build a link with different corporate or competitor HR/colleges/consultants to fill the position on time
