Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct shortlisting and interviews for hiring
2. Create job descriptions and post them on portals
3. Create campus relationships for on-campus hirings
4. Conduct employee relations surveys and activities
5. Conduct off-campus hiring by sourcing candidates from social media communities.
