Key responsibilities:

1. Act as the face of the company in front of all employees
2. Help build gaming culture in the company (organize gaming events)
3. Work on employee onboarding and handbook creation
4. Create and manage HR policies and practices
5. Handle the entire employee appraisal process
6. Create and implement employee engagement activities mandated for the organization
7. Handle employee grievances and work towards preventing unwanted attrition
8. Work on creating a culture of passion and collaboration in the company

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Learn Human Resource Management

Other requirements

Preferably from engineering background and/or has a gaming background

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 /year
