1. Serve as a point of contact for employees' inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support
2. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment
3. Promote positive employee relations and a healthy work environment
4. Implement performance management processes
5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
6. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance
7. Carry out the onboarding process for new employees
8. Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
9. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
10. Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and provide guidance as needed
11. Review and analyse compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with organisational goals and market standards
12. Conduct salary benchmarking and develop salary structures and incentive plans
13. Stay updated on market trends and recommend adjustments to compensation and benefits policies
14. Carryout month-on-month payroll process
15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
16. Prepare HR reports and metrics, and analyse data to identify trends and insights to support decision-making
17. Be involved in recruitment process on need basis
Working days: Wednesday - Monday. Tuesday is weekly off
