Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop new tie-ups with MNCs and startups to place our trained candidates, maintain client relationships, to build up valuable contacts of recruitment and hiring professionals
2. Engage in building new tie-ups with freelance trainers and corporate trainers from various IT technologies
3. Coordinate with ongoing training batches and trainers for the smooth completion of our ongoing technical training programs
4. Research, understand the operational process, excellent learning skills, and maintain good relationships with trainers & students/candidates
5. Guide the students with our placement program and assist the candidates in resume preparation, mock interviews, and the job application process

Requirements:

1. We are looking for recruiters with similar experience in technical recruiting to join our HR department and help us grow our IT department
2. Knowledge of MS office and other Google-related tools are must
3. Working independently and multitasking in a fast-paced environment with essential skills
