About the job
We are looking for a skilled HR executive who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work. We expect you to have knowledge of digital marketing. We want to see a committed and approachable individual and be impressed with your skills. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities:

1. Stay responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities
2. Stay actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
3. Interact with potential candidates using various job portals and professional networks
4. Maintain candidate databases
5. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
6. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
7. Provide counselling on policies and procedures
8. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
9. Participate in job fairs and career events
10. Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
11. Research and choose job advertising options
12. Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
13. Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application, screening, interviewing and on-boarding processes)
14. Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and discuss & implement changes in regulations
15. Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
16. Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Excel MS-Word
Who can apply

1. Knowledge of digital marketing is preferred

2. Proven experience as an HR executive/associate, or other HR position

3. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)

4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures

5. Proficient in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel

6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities

7. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

8. Strong decision-making skills


Annual CTC: 3 - 3.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
