Basically, a person who is the unofficial psychologist, the event planner, the peacemaker to their team. A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters. We can t spell HERO without HR.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on coordinating with employees, co-workers, and upper management
2. Work on being a recruiter and execute the joining and exit formalities
3. Work on being a manager and maintain attendance and leave management of the company
4. Work on being a good listener and listen to employee grieviences
5. Work on employee engagements
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
