Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding and experience in developing HR policies and procedures and their implementation
2. Supporting the management team in the hiring of personnel through effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
3. Assessing employee's training needs and developing/coordinating learning materials from sources for employees of the organization
4. Implementing grievance redressal mechanism and tracking of concerns/issues and its support in its satisfactory redressal
5. Supporting in tasks pertaining to employee mapping, employee functions, and tracking employee upgradation/promotions

1. Must be well-versed and take care of HR-related day-to-day functions of the organization
