Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, screening, shortlisting & arranging interviews for the candidates
2. Handling job portals and social media sites
3. Maintaining the HR database
4. Working on JD preparation and company research
5. Preparing and issuing various letters & forwarding mail to various candidates
6. Coordinating interviews with the client company, lining up candidates, sending them the job descriptions, and helping in onboarding activities
7. Undertaking research activities of the client company, preparing the job description of the job, coordinating with the client company, handling the database, and Excel sheets, preparing trackers, etc.
