Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Facilitating new-comers joining formalities
2. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement in consultation with the management
3. Working on employee engagement
4. Planning support in the organizational recruitment process and coordinating with various departments
5. Managing the complete clearance procedure of employees
6. Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and shortlisting candidates for the final interview with the company
7. Sourcing and screening applicants
8. Preparing letters, such as offers and confirmation
9. Training new or existing employees
10. Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, issue letters, etc.
