About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with various department teams to understand the organization's talent requirements and sourcing needs
2. Utilize various platforms and techniques for talent sourcing, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals
3. Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and institutes to source candidates for internships and placements
4. Engage in proactive talent hunting by identifying potential candidates through networking events, seminars, and industry-specific gatherings
5. Assist in screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and alignment with organizational values
6. Coordinate and participate in campus recruitment drives, workshops, and career fairs to connect with potential talents
7. Develop compelling communication strategies to engage and attract potential candidates to our organization
8. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and tailor the talent search accordingly
9. Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process
