Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Artium is looking for a recruiter. As a recruitment executive - Teacher Recruitment, you would work jointly with the academic team, enhance and orchestrate the interviewing and hiring processes of our music teachers. You will be responsible for fine-tuning recruiting strategies and building internal recruitment teams that are up-to-date and implement cutting-edge tactics.

A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in recruiting as a coordinator or consultant, as well as experience screening and interviewing job candidates, is required. People management, leadership, and resource management skills are a must. Strong communication skills will help you succeed as a recruiting manager, as you will be working closely with the employer, job candidates, and freelancers in the industry.

Key responsibilities:

1. Fine-tune and orchestrate recruiting procedures and coin new procedures
2. Liaise with multiple teams
3. Search for and initiate new sourcing methods to find candidates
4. Suggest ways to enhance the employer's brand
5. Research the best job advertising techniques
6. Fine-tune interviewing methods
7. Initiate and attend music events and artist expos
